It is recommended to make childcare arrangements in order to limit any distractions during these appointments so you can focus on making the best choices for your home.

We accept cheque, draft and credit card as payment methods.

What if I can’t make my Design Studio appointment?

What happens if there is a change in pricing? As you can appreciate, we all make mistakes and/or costs rise for reasons beyond our control. Should this occur, we respectfully reserve the right to correct pricing and arithmetic errors and implement price increases without notice

How can I pay for design Studio upgrades?

Can I make changes at anytime after my Design Studio appointment? We provide a 7-calendar day confirmation period after your Design Studio appointment to give you the opportunity to revise the selections you have made. To ensure the timely ordering of materials to complete our home, no changes or extras will be permitted after the confirmation period. Your Design Consultant will review these dates in more detail with you.

Failing to provide 72 hours notice you are susceptible to a $250 fee. Arriving to your appointment more than 20 minutes late will also incur a $150 fee.
