Known for his unwavering dedication and creative approach, Frank has earned a stellar reputation for his ability to tackle challenges head-on and find effective solutions. About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Superintendent to lead a ground-up Starbucks build in Lancaster, Northern Los Angeles.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a smaller General Contractor (GC) that specializes in both commercial and residential builds.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is based within a 1-hour commute of Lancaster and is looking for a long-term role with a team that is rapidly growing and expanding its reach in the industry.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Starbucks construction project from start to finish.

Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including subcontractors and labor forces.

Manage project schedules, including timelines and milestones, and update them as needed.

Conduct regular on-site inspections and enforce strict safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including the project team, clients, and upper management.

Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation and reports.

Required Skills/Experience:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role, particularly in commercial builds.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA certification) are a plus.
