I started CRC Builders 30 years ago, and in that time we’ve grown to 40 staff. OUR PROCESS Engage At our initial engagement we’ll be prepared to listen, ask clarifying questions, and take detailed notes to accurately capture your vision. We’ll make every effort to collaborate with you with helpful information, support, and guidance.

Assemble With consideration to your unique needs and goals, we will hand-select a team of qualified professionals and consultants to ensure your project is diligently cared for every step of the way. This will include a dedicated Superintendent, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator along with Production Management oversight and support.

Execute With a clear plan and a solid team in place, you’ll start to see your project come to life before your eyes – in person and on the screen. 24/7 remote access will be provided for you to monitor your project and communicate with your appointed crew. A cadence of meetings will keep you informed and on-track, and our company executives will communicate with you regularly to facilitate a enjoyable construction experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Integrator Company: CRC Builders Location: Fairfield, CA We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Integrator to join our dynamic team. The Integrator will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration of various systems, technologies, or processes within our organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of business needs to effectively integrate diverse components and achieve operational efficiency.

Focusing on high end custom residential construction and growing the commercial division, and this person will play a key role in helping them scale to this point, and they will also reap the reward of helping them scale as a key executive working hand in hand with the CEO to systemize the company and help them implement strategic initiatives.

This will include optimizing their current systems and processes, and ensuring their recent transition to Procore (1.5 years ago) aligns well with their systems and processes, among more work as their firm grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources.

Possess a deep understanding of APIs, middleware, data structures, and various integration tools and platforms to facilitate smooth data flow and communication between systems.

Lead integration projects from inception to completion, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.

Identify and resolve integration issues, perform troubleshooting, and conduct regular maintenance to optimize system performance and reliability.

Create comprehensive documentation, including integration specifications, system configurations, and user guides. Generate reports on integration performance and recommend improvements.

Work closely with stakeholders, including IT teams, software developers, business analysts, and end-users, to understand requirements and deliver effective integration solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience (X years) in system integration, with a strong background in implementing and managing integration projects.

Proficiency in working with various integration technologies such as APIs, ETL tools, middleware, RESTful/SOAP services, etc.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and deliver results within deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing integration challenges.

Solid communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Integration Architect, MuleSoft Certified Developer) would be a plus.
