CIRCUIT BUS

To access the Circuit Bus you have two options:
1. Buy a bus wristband for all trips at circuitfestival.net. Price of 30€. Exchange the obtained voucher for the wristband at the Circuit Official Welcome Point.
2. Buy your bus ticket for a party from our official ticket-sellers located next to the bus stop.
REMEMBER: Mobile or printed vouchers won’t give you access to the bus. You need to show your wristband or bus ticket prior to boarding.

Para acceder al Circuit Bus hay dos opciones:
1. Compra una pulsera de autobús para todos los viajes en circuitfestival.net. Precio de 30€. Canjea el resguardo de compra por la pulsera en el Welcome Point Oficial.
2. Compra un billete de autobús para una fiesta en nuestras taquillas oficiales, situadas junto a la parada del autobús.
RECUERDA: Los bonos de móvil o impresos no te darán acceso al autobús. Debes mostrar tu pulsera o ticket de autobús antes de embarcar.

ALL ACCESS PASS PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
· Pick up the All Access Pass wristband at the “Welcome Point” (C/ Consell de Cent 239). You can pick it up any day of the event from 2pm to 9pm (except on Tuesday 12th will be located at l’Illa Fantasia) by presenting your ID or Passport and your “print at home” voucher.
ALL ACCESS PASS INCLUDES

· 40% discount off the total amount of the single tickets prices.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· This wristband is personal and non-transferable. You must keep it for all days of the event. If you break it or lose it, the wristband will be automatically invalid and you won’t be able to access the parties.
· This wristband doesn’t exempt the wearer from obeying the same rules of behavior as the rest of the festival attendees.
· The organization reserves the right to invalidate the All Access Pass wristband and prohibit entry to anyone who behaves or has behaved inappropriately at a party.
· Only official tickets will grant you access to the festival, so watch our for possible unauthorized ticketing companies. The promoter will not be held responsible for falsifications.
LOST & FOUND
If you have lost any item during the parties, you must fill out the form at the Circuit website. If we find any item that matches your description, we will contact you as soon as possible.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA RECOGIDA DE LAS PULSERAS
· Canjea tu resguardo en el “Welcome Point” (C/ Consell de Cent 239) durante todos los días del evento de 14h a 9h (excepto martes 12 que estará situado en Illa Fantasía) Recuerda que en el momento de la recogida deberás presentar tu DNI, NIE o Pasaporte.

· Acceso prioritario a todas las fiestas.

CONDICIONES DE USO
· Esta pulsera es personal e intransferible. Si se rompe o extravía quedará automáticamente invalidada, no siendo reintegrado su importe, ni permitida la entrada a los eventos.
· Esta pulsera no exime a su portador de la obligación de cumplir con las mismas normas de entrada y comportamiento que el resto de asistentes al festival.
· La organización se reserva el derecho de invalidar la pulsera-abono y no permitir la entrada a todo aquel que muestre o haya mostrado un comportamiento inadecuado.
· Solo las entradas oficiales permitirán el acceso al festival. La organización no se hará responsable de posibles falsificaciones.

Si has perdido algún artículo durante las fiestas, debes rellenar el formulario que encontrarás en la web del Circuit. Si encontramos algún artículo que coincida con su descripción, nos pondremos en contacto lo antes posible.

ACCESS
· Minors under 18 are not allowed entry to the festival. Everybody must present an ID card, Foreign ID Card (NIE) or Passport (only originals, photocopies will not be accepted).
· We recommend you arrive at the parties early, as capacity is limited and access won’t be guaranteed to those without advance tickets or all access pass wristband.
· Access to the parties is fast, but there may be some delays, so we ask for you patience if this happens.
· In case that you leave a party venue and you want to come back later, you will have to buy a new ticket.
· In all the parties you will find a cloakroom area where you can leave your personal belongings.
SECURITY
· Before accessing each party, all carried backpacks or packages will be searched as required by law. A refusal of the search will mean that person will be banned from the party.
· The organization reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone whose attitude could be considered inappropriate, offensive or show symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
· It is forbidden to enter the festival with illegal substances, alcohol, drinks or liquids, audio and video recorders or dangeorous items
· If you feel unwell during a party, rest and have plenty of water and carbohydrates. If necessary, seek medical assistance. All events will have a team of professionals ready to take care of you, contact any of our staff members and we will be happy to help you.
IMAGE RIGHTS
By buying the tickets, unless written communication is submitted to the organization, the attendees give their consent to appear in images taken during the events for their subsequent distribution for promotional, informational or commercial purposes.

ACCESO
· Queda prohibida la entrada a menores de 18 años. Es imprescindible para todos los asistentes llevar consigo el DNI, NIE o Pasaporte (solo originales, no se aceptarán fotocopias).
· Es recomendable llegar pronto a las fiestas, ya que el aforo es limitado y no se garantiza el acceso a aquellos que no tengan entrada anticipada o abono.
· El acceso a las fiestas es ágil, pero en ciertos momentos puede haber colas, por lo que os pedimos paciencia si eso sucede.
· En caso de haber abandonado una fiesta y querer acceder nuevamente a la sala, el usuario deberá comprar una nueva entrada.
· En todas las fiestas encontraréis un guardarropa en el que podréis dejar vuestras pertenencias.
SEGURIDAD
· Antes de acceder a cada fiesta, todas las mochilas o bolsos serán registrados conforme a la ley. La negativa a esta inspección supondrá la no admisión en el recinto.
· El festival se reserva el derecho de admisión a toda persona cuya actitud pueda ser considerada ofensiva, violenta o dé muestras de encontrarse bajo los efectos del alcohol y/o sustancias ilegales.
· Está prohibido introducir en los recintos del festival sustancias prohibidas por la ley, alcohol, bebidas o líquidos, grabadoras de audio y vídeo o instrumentos contundentes, cortantes o peligrosos.
· Si te sientes indispuesto durante alguna fiesta, descansa, hidrátate e ingiere carbohidratos. Si lo precisas, no dudes en pedir atención médica. En todas las salas habrá un equipo de profesionales listos para atenderte, contacta con cualquier miembro de nuestro equipo y te ayudaremos.

Mediante la compra de entradas y salvo notificación por escrito a la organización, el público consiente en su aparición en imágenes tomadas durante los eventos y su posterior difusión promocional, informativa y/o comercial.

FEEL SAFE AT CIRCUIT FESTIVAL
Barcelona is a warm and tolerant city, but you should be sensible and observe certain rules of behavior in order to ensure your safety and remain respectful to Barcelona citizens during the days of the event.
SECURITY TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT:
· At the hotel: do not leave your baggage unattended at any moment when doing the check in and check out.
· At the beach: do not carry large amounts of cash or valuable items. Always keep an eye on your personal belongings.
· On the street and public transport: stay alert and watch your wallet, bag and personal belongings. Watch out for anyone who tackles you on the street. Remember in Barcelona you can be fined if you’re wearing only your swimsuit, or if you’re without a t-shirt, in any public area that is not next to the beach.
· At the restaurant: do not leave your handbag or valuable items on the table or resting on the seat back.
· At night venues: leave your personal belongings at the cloakroom to make sure they do not get lost or stolen while you are having a blast at the dance floor.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF THEFT, DISCRIMINATION OR HOMOPHOBIC AGGRESSION?
· Call 112 to report an emergency situation.
· Memorize and record the description of the authors and place as closely as possible.
· If you have been injured, go directly to the health center and ask for a medical report.
· Make sure that the report includes all the details of the event. In case of a hate crime, make sure to include evidence, details and expressions that prove it.

SIÉNTETE SEGURO DURANTE CIRCUIT FESTIVAL
Barcelona es una ciudad acogedora y tolerante, pero te recomendamos que seas prudente y observes ciertas medidas para garantizar tu seguridad y una buena convivencia con sus ciudadanos durante los días del festival.
CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD DURANTE
VUESTRA VISITA:
· En el hotel: en el momento de llegada y de salida no perdáis de vista vuestro equipaje.
· En la playa: no llevéis objetos de valor y mantened controlados vuestros efectos personales.
· En la calle y el transporte público: vigilad vuestra cartera, bolsa de mano y objetos de valor. Estad atentos a cualquier persona que os aborde en la calle. Recordad que en Barcelona os pueden multar por ir sin camiseta o en bañador en zonas no colindantes a la playa.
· En los restaurantes: no perdáis de vista vuestra bolsa de mano ni objetos de valor. Procurad no dejar vuestros efectos personales sobre la mesa o apoyados en el respaldo del asiento.
· En las discotecas: deja tus objetos personales en el guardarropa para asegurarte de que no se pierden y evitar incidentes mientras te diviertes en la pista de baile.
¿QUÉ HACER SI SOIS VÍCTIMAS DE UN ROBO, DISCRIMINACIÓN O AGRESIÓN HOMÓFOBA?
· Llama al 112 para cualquier situación de emergencia.
· Memorizad y anotad una descripción lo más detallada posible de los autores y del lugar
· Si habéis sufrido una lesión, por leve que sea, id a un centro sanitario y solicitad un informe médico.
· Aseguraos de que vuestra denuncia recoja todos los detalles del suceso. Si se trata de un crimen de odio, incluid las expresiones, pruebas y detalles que acrediten que se trata de una discriminación.
