Mission : To improve and safeguard our environment through commitment, expertise and a sense of responsibility. To overcome challenges and meet target objectives through compliance with all safety regulations.

The starting of Gulf Eco Friendly Services in the UAE, was a great exodus of handful of likeminded people united for a noble mission under the leadership of a visionary entrepreneur Mr.C Prince.

Vision : To become industry leaders by harnessing comprehensive analytical and technical capabilities aimed at maximising not just efficiency, performance and longevity, but even value for shareholders and stakeholders.

GEFS started as an operation and maintenance service provider for sewage treatment plant in 2009 alongside GEFS entered into water treatment segment and continued to be triumphant.

QHSE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM This Integrated Management System Manual (IMS Manual) is a statement of the Organization’s Responsibilities, Procedures, Authority, and Control which has been implemented, maintained and continually improved by the Company – GULF ECO FRIENDLY SERVICES. All operations and activities that directly affect the management, business, health, safety, and environment of our project sites, offices and camps are controlled by processes, procedures and associated documents written to comply with the requirements of the local and international recognized standard.

The Integrated Management System manual comprises of Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S), and Environmental Management System (EMS).

The requirements of this Manual extend to all personnel of the Company who have been given the responsibility to implement and maintain the procedures detailed/ referred in this manual. Where necessary on a project, we may be required to adopt the procedures of our Client in place of our own established procedures. This is acceptable when clearly stated in the Health & Safety, or Environmental Plan for that project and the procedures being adopted are mapped against the Gulf Eco Friendly Services LLC. which shall be approved by the HSE lead depending on the procedures being adopted.

The contents of this Manual are authorized and approved by the Managing Director of the Company.

Information presented in this Manual is for use of Company personnel only. All revisions and amendments to this manual is the responsibility of GEFS Management Representative, who will initiate such actions and for approval by the Managing Director of GEFS. For any amendments or change, the revision number shall be incremented.

This document shall be distributed to authorized personnel of GEFS electronically in a non-modifiable form or in hard copy marked as controlled copy or uncontrolled copy and distribution list shall be maintained by the Management Representative.

The Management may decide to distribute uncontrolled copies of this Manual to the client. Unauthorized copying, distribution and use are strictly prohibited.

The current revision status of the IMS Manual is indicated at the first page and the header portion of the manual. The Master copy of the IMS manual is kept with the Management Representative of GEFS.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE (WATER & WASTEWATER TREATMENT)

We have an experienced team and years of experience to handle the operation and maintenance of any STP and RO unit regardless of the scale of operation. We understand that each plant has different requirements for inspection and maintenance. That's why our specialized teams are well prepared to undertake functions in the area of water and wastewater treatment, specific to each plant.

In order to keep the maintenance expenses low for our clients, we have the best practices in place, proper planning and efficient management of resources.

Our process also ensures the best health and safety practices. In the event of a breakdown – in spite of the best maintenance – our onsite service team is on hand to keep the plants running efficiently, and with no operational failures.

O & M OF WATER TREATMENT (SEWA- DESALINATION PLANT)

The Hamriyah Desalination Plant (SWRO) of SEWA with the capacity of 20MIG/Day. Source of the feed is the sea water.

Major components of the facility include an open seawater intake system, pretreatment process units, two treated water storage tanks each of ten million gallons capacity and a product pumping station.

The capacity of this plant is 20MIG/Day and the treated water is distributed to Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah Industrial Area and the Emirates Industrial Area

O & M OF WASTE WATER TREATMENT (SFZA STP 8000 CMD PLANT) Waste water treatment plant at Sharjah Airport Free Zone of capacity 8000 CMD. Treats the wastewater received from accommodations and investors within the Free Zone. Treated wastewater distributed to Sharjah Free Zone landscape and Sharjah Shooting club.
