I am excited to share with you that 2024 will mark the 75th anniversary of the opening of our beloved Mater Dei High School, during which time we have prepared more than 11,000 young adults for life?s journey

This significant milestone is a testament to the commitment and loyalty of our Mater Dei community, including you ? our alumni and friends ? who have played an integral role in shaping the tradition and legacy of Mater Dei Looking toward the next 75 years, we are embarking on the execution of a new strategic plan that will prepare the whole student for the challenges that await them in the next phase of their lives

Our strategic planning process strives to build organizational health and create clarity by answering a series of critical questions. The answers to these questions were formulated by reviewing recent assessments and surveys, and by soliciting input and feedback from parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and benefactors Along with my message, you will find the questions and answers which form the framework of our plan

The specific goals that will advance these priorities have been identified and are being aligned with the appropriate councils and staff Plans have been developed to share the details of these goals in the coming months. In the meantime, I?d like to thank our strategic plan core team and everyone who provided input during this process As always, I welcome your feedback and I ask for your prayers for the intercession of Mary, our patroness, to bless Mater Dei High School as we equip our students to ?Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve.?
