Clements has dedicated the past 19 seasons to nurturing young athletes and cultivating a culture of excellence on the courts of Mater Dei Under her guidance, the tennis program has flourished, consistently producing exceptional players and achieving numerous accolades

Throughout her tenure, Clements instilled in her players the importance of discipline, hard work, and sportsmanship. She emphasized the values of teamwork and perseverance, molding her athletes not only into skilled competitors but also into well-rounded individuals.
