Getting older I am more and more interested in my surroundings and how important impact it has on a daily life. I believe in contermporary design and that strong concept can bring value to everyone. I really like to work and cooperate in creative group. There I can use my set of skills to combine and improve

and find optimal solution.

I like to contribute with my sense for rationality and conceptual thinking.

NEXT GENERATION HOSPITAL BRATISLAVA

/ 2016 / preliminary design / Dutch Health Architects (dJGA + EGM) /

It’s going to be most advanced hospital in Slovakia with completion in 2021. I was working directly under two experienced senior architects where I was solving several problems such as urban setting, facade solutions but I was also contributing on floorplans. Since I was with the project for the whole preliminary design stage of such a big project I consider this experience as the most valuable.

Architektonické řešení respektuje svojí jednoduchostí zadání na vybudování nízkonákladového bydlení. Dosažení esteticky přijatelného výrazu bylo hledáno zejména ve vytvoření měřítkově uměřených hmot s proporčně vyváženým členěním, a jejich doplněním obytně působícími architektonickými prvky. Deskový i bodový objekt má jedno schodišťové jádro procházející všemi podlažími. Ze vstupní haly obou objektů, umístěné na úrovni terénu mezi 1.PP a 1.NP, je přístupný prokládací výtah a mezipodesta schodiště respektive vyrovnávací schodiště. Přístup do bytů je v deskovém objektu veden přes centrální chodbu, bodový objekt má centrální schodišťovou halu. Hmota obou objektů je na úrovni posledního podlaží ustoupena. Standard zde umístěných bytů vyšších kategorií je tak doplněn o obytné terasy. Pro část bytů do vnitrobloku je navržena předzahrádka.

U bytů jedno a dvoupokojových jsou záchody spojeny s koupelnami, vyšší kategorie mají záchod oddělený. Komory pro byty jsou umístěny v 1.PP. Ve vazbě na vstupní halu jsou navrženy kočárkárny a úklidové místnosti.

KONSTRUKč N í ř E š EN í

Konstrukce objektů se předpokládá zděná s monolitickými nebo prefabrikovanými betonovými stropy. Nosné stěny jsou umístěny mezi jednotlivými byty, v případě potřeby spojování bytů lze stěny redukovat na nosné pilíře. Podzemní parkovací podlaží bude železobetonové.

T E ch N ic KÉ VYBAVEN í OB j EKTU

Vybavení bytových domů se předpokládá standardní, bez speciálních zařízení snižujících energetickou spotřebu objektů (rekuperační jednotky, tepelná čerpadla). Pokud se nenajde protihlukové opatření směrem k ulici Arménská, bude nutné řešit umělé větrání u bytů na západních fasádách.

ŠKODA MUSEUM & CUSTOMER CENTER / 2017 / invited competition / Arch.design s.r.o. /

Aim of the competition was to expand Škoda museum, enlarge exhibition/ conference area and create whole new customers center with sufficiant backoffice.

Backbone of the concept is dynamic shaped customers center with provocative golden coating. It divides the plot into several public spaces. Each of them serving different purpose - relaxing, exhibition, connection.

BRATISLAVA RAILWAY STATION

/ 2015 / pre-master’s thesis / M. Buranovský, D. Huráková, M. Mintál, M. Petran / Bratislava main railway station is the most actual problem in the city. There are several problems with capacity, traffic and connection. We simply changed its status to regular innercity station and chose more suitable place for new main railway station. Another move was to bring the city closer. We created new urbanistic structure with typical city blocks with web of streets and urban spaces. We divided station to two levels. Ground level as a living public space. Underground level connects public transport stops we largely supported. Main entrance with historic building

BUSINESS INCUBATOR

Main inspiration for design is location between triangle of Praha, Vienna and Budapest. This is great opportunity to build business incubator. This institution offers complete support for start-ups and to operate business. The central element of the building is a ramp which creates connection between floors. It represents a way to the top and it is also a place for meetings and to exchange ideas. Architectonic design is simple, but as strong as sucessful idea. Interior is very flexible to ensure many possibilities of work spaces. The location near railwaystation with support of public transport fullfills idea of city of tomorrow. This proposal should bring back life and lost identity to railwaystation surroundings.
