Selling

We have been locally owned, operated, and invested in the community since 1984. We are large enough to serve your needs, but small enough to care. Not only are you, the customer, treated like family, but we in the office treat each other like family. This provides better service for you, the customer, and a place where agents want to work and help each other
Through local expertise and knowledge, we provide an exceptional and genuine customer experience. We make the real estate transaction easy to understand and stress-free through our dedication and unwavering ethics
Matchmaker Realty provides our REALTORS® with comprehensive training, on going support, and resources. We take pride in being on top of market trends and are local area experts.
Your REALTOR® should be someone whom you feel comfortable working with. Make sure your REALTOR® has your best interests in mind and provides a direct line of communication with you throughout the home selling process. Our tagline speaks for itself, "Where You're Treated Like Family".
Let's face it: this is where a great REALTOR® separates themselves from the rest of the pack. Make sure that whomever you hire has a professional marketing plan that will not only make your home look its best, but get it in front of as many people as possible.
We have been a pillar in the community since 1984 where we have always put our ethics first. We invest in the communities we serve and play an active role in them.

While we may not have a company name that you’ve heard of throughout hundreds of cities worldwide, we are actually a part of a global network and real estate affiliation that is stronger than the other large franchise companies in our market. Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) is the home of the worlds' market-leading independent residential brokerages in over 70 countries, with 50 firms and 136,000 sales associates producing 1.2 million global transactions. Our by-invitation-only network is based on the unparalleled performance and trusted relationships that result in exceptional client experiences. This network gives us the opportunity to connect you to the most professional Realtors® in any city you are relocating to. (Well beyond Florida)
The first thing a potential buyer often sees are photos of your home, so we want them to look their best. We capture the best aspects of your home and the items that make it unique. When appropriate, we utilize drone photography.
Wow buyers by allowing them to walk through your home from the comfort of their living room. Out of town buyers will be able to tour your home from floor to ceiling. A buyer will often see hundreds of home photos before they will ever set foot in your home, so we need our "first showing" of your home to be as impressive as possible.
Video is a great resource to uniquely highlight and capture your home's personality.

One of the biggest customer complaints about REALTORS® is the lack of communication that they receive during the home selling process.
Knowing this, we maintain constant contact by:
Following up with REALTORS® that have shown your property for feedback and to see if they have any further interest or questions.
Reviewing status updates during your entire listing and contract period that allow you to follow the process.
Providing updates on available or under contract listings that are our competition while analyzing recently sold listings to continually evaluate our market position.
We are more than happy to communicate via phone, e-mail, text, or in person. Our main goal is to keep you in the loop, not in the dark, with the communication style that works best for you.
While we are hired to sell your home, there is so much more to our job than meets the eye. Much of the work often comes long before you sign on the dotted line and have a sign in your front yard. From the minute we step into your living room, our job will be to get your home ready for sale, but equally as important will be preparing you for all the steps that come along the way. As a REALTOR®, we often joke we are therapists and life coaches, haha! From suggesting the right mover, finding a stager, hiring an estate sale company, and figuring out your next move, it is all part of the process as your community concierge. Being there to watch FIDO when we have showings, helping you pick out that new paint color, and suggesting ways to maximize curb appeal are all in a day's work. During this entire process, we will guide you through every step of the way. After closing, we will still be your resource as questions come up or you need us again. All of this to say, this relationship will last much longer than the sale and hopefully we'll be your REALTOR® for life.

Sellers are no longer required to offer compensation to a buyer’s Realtor® via the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) This marks a significant shift from previous practices where such compensation was often expected as part of listing a property.
Realtors working with buyers must now have a written agreement in place before showing any property. This ensures clarity and transparency regarding the compensation that buyers' Realtor® will receive.
Both sellers and buyers must be informed about compensation arrangements upfront. This aims to enhance transparency and ensure that all parties are aware of the financial aspects of their real estate transactions.
Offering compensation can make your listing more attractive to a buyer’s Realtor®, who may be more inclined to show your property to their clients, thereby increasing the pool of potential buyers.
A buyer’s Realtor®, knowing they will be compensated, is likely to be more motivated to work towards closing the deal, which can result in a smoother and faster transaction process.
Although no longer required, offering compensation aligns with traditional practices and may give sellers a competitive edge, especially in markets where such offers remain common. Understanding these changes and strategically deciding whether to offer compensation to a buyer’s Realtor® can impact the success of selling your home.
If you choose not to offer compensation to a buyer's Realtor®, some buyers may approach the listing Realtor® directly in hopes of saving on fees. However, representing both the buyer and seller involves distinct responsibilities and roles that would require separate compensation.
