We have been setting high standards in packaging production since 1992. Innovations in production processes and respect for the natural environment have allowed us to become a model producer of plastic packaging with a European reach. In 2020, the family-owned company Masterchem became part of the Logoplaste Group.
We are experts in producing environmentally sustainable plastic packaging. We provide comprehensive services, starting with professional consulting and design, through timely execution and post-production support.
Expanding our production capabilities and continuously delivering the highest quality solutions enable us to guarantee fast and efficient order fulfillment on any scale. Our advanced technology allows us to produce a wide range of top-quality PET jars and bottles.
Founded in 1976, Logoplaste is a pioneer in the "wall-to-wall" production model, where factories are built adjacent to customers’ facilities. This approach significantly reduces CO₂ emissions by minimizing additional transportation and packaging needs, thereby decreasing the environmental impact of the entire supply chain.
PET was originally developed in the 1940s as a material for synthetic fibers, not for packaging. It wasn’t until the 1970s that PET began to be used for bottles and packaging, following the discovery that this material could be molded into lightweight, durable, and transparent containers. Today, PET is one of the most widely recycled materials in the world!
Transparency: PET is highly transparent, making it an attractive material for packaging, especially for beverages and food products where content visibility is important.
Lightweight: PET is relatively lightweight, which translates to lower transportation costs and easier handling of packaging.
Impact Resistance: It is highly resistant to impacts and cracks, ensuring that PET packaging is safe for everyday use.
Moisture Resistance: PET offers excellent moisture resistance, allowing for long-term storage of products under proper conditions.
Recyclability: PET is fully recyclable, making it a more eco-friendly choice for packaging production. It can be recycled in various ways, reducing its environmental impact.
Product Safety: PET is a safe material for contact with food and beverages, with numerous certifications confirming compliance with safety standards.
Packaging Aesthetics: With its high transparency and ease of molding, PET allows for the creation of attractive and functional packaging that grabs consumers' attention.
Eco-Friendliness: Recycling PET and using rPET help reduce the consumption of natural resources and lower CO₂ emissions, aligning with global goals for sustainable development.
At Masterchem Logoplaste, we prioritize sustainable development by focusing on our customers, team growth, and environmental protection. People are our most valuable asset, and ethics and integrity are the foundation of our operations. We uphold human rights, have zero tolerance for corruption, and respect diversity. Since 2017, we have adhered to SMETA ethical standards, promoting unity and social responsibility.
We care for the environment by conserving raw materials, water, and energy while minimizing waste. We collaborate with suppliers, including through the Operation Clean Sweep initiative, to prevent granulate leakage into the natural environment. We manage water responsibly by monitoring its usage and educating our employees. Modern technologies are utilized at every stage of production to ensure the highest quality while continuously improving processes to maintain our technological edge.
In our packaging production, we prioritize quality at every stage – from concept, through implementation, to final quality control. We operate a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art injection molding machines, ensuring a precise and efficient production process. Every stage is meticulously monitored, enabling us to guarantee the highest quality and full compliance with our clients' requirements. Thanks to our advanced machinery and many years of experience, we are capable of completing even the most demanding and complex projects.
Since 2016, we have been expanding our closures production department, offering a wide range of products such as flip-top caps, disc-top caps, overcaps, and two-component closures. We operate 20 ENGEL injection molding machines, enabling us to flexibly adapt our offerings to the individual needs of our clients. In closure production, we utilize modern technologies, such as hot-stamping, which ensure an elegant appearance of our products. Additionally, our portfolio includes closures made entirely from recycled materials, which is an important element of our sustainability policy.
We hold ISO 9001, ISO 15378, and ISO 15593 certifications, which confirm our high standards in quality and hygiene management in packaging production. We place great emphasis on the quality of our products, conducting tests at every stage of production. We perform packaging measurements using specialized control and measuring equipment, applying our internal methodologies while adhering to European quality standards. By implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), we ensure that our packaging intended for food contact is completely safe for consumers.
We offer comprehensive support in packaging design. The process includes key stages: design (technical drawings and 3D visualizations), prototyping (1:1 scale 3D models), mold creation using advanced equipment, and mass production following sample approval. With our experience and technology, we provide support at every stage – from concept to the final product.
