PROJECT MANAGEMENT

BOOTCAMP PROJECT MANAGEMENT

February 24 - 25, 2026

Today’s construction leaders need more than technical skills—they need strategic vision, communication mastery, and the ability to lead people. This two-day bootcamp helps project managers and superintendents connect preconstruction strategy to field execution while building teams that thrive under pressure. Participants will leave with tools to run effective preconstruction meetings, manage risk early, communicate clearly, and lead with purpose. Expect actionable tools for communication, risk management, and team leadership that deliver stronger results and lasting relationships.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1. Utilize communication strategies to meet the needs of different audiences and ensure clarity across all stakeholders.

2. Define project success holistically—expanding beyond “on-time, on-budget, on-quality” to include communication, trust, and long-term client value.

3. Align scope, schedule, budget, and team expectations during preconstruction to create a unified project roadmap.

4. Identify and mitigate project risks early by distributing responsibilities to the parties best equipped to manage each specific risk.

5. Set expectations and communicate big-picture strategies to stakeholders and project teams with clarity by aligning actions with the Project Charter.

6. Establish open communication loops that capture Plus/Delta feedback at key project milestones—such as underground completion, topping out, dry-in, and inspections—to continuously improve project performance.

7. Facilitate and report with impact — run focused, outcome-driven meetings, communicate project status proactively, and manage contingency with an understanding of what adds real value to the Owner.
