QuickBooks is the most widely recognized accounting software for small and medium-sized businesses, and it has become a valuable tool for construction firms looking to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term financial health. Beyond standard bookkeeping, QuickBooks offers industry-relevant features that support project-based work, including job costing, invoicing, and payroll management, while integrating with many construction management platforms. For contractors, it can help track expenses by project, monitor cash flow, and generate estimates—ensuring that projects stay organized and profitable. Despite these benefits, many professionals hesitate to dive into QuickBooks, assuming it is too complex or only for accountants. This training series is designed to break down that barrier, showing construction professionals how to use QuickBooks with confidence and ease.
You can register for individual sessions or the entire series, and each session attended earns you 2 Master Builder Designation (MBD) credits in Project Management. As an exclusive member benefit, MBI members can attend at no additional cost, while non-members are welcome to join for a fee.
All sessions will be presented online via Zoom by Jim Coppinger of ZenTek Consultants (Hackensack, NJ).
