This program offers attendees a tremendous opportunity to continue their path of success and become more involved as current and future leaders of the construction industry in Iowa.
Participants will develop the skills to take their leadership influence to the NEXT LEVEL.
MB EYE on the Future is the only program that MBI offers that has an application process, which requires an employer recommendation and selection procedure. Participants are nominated by their company’s executive management and complete an application for consideration in the program. Careful consideration of all nominations and applications is then made by a selection committee.

JAKE THOMPSON - Global Leadership Performance Coach Compete Every Day - Frisco, TX
Jake is a leadership consultant and the Chief Encouragement Officer at Compete Every Day, a brand he started in 2011 by first selling t-shirts out of the trunk of his car. Jake has spent more than a decade working with leaders and organizations all over the world on how they can get better results for themselves and their teams. He has been featured in Forbes, hosts a podcast in the top 1% globally, and has directly impacted over 80,000 ambitious leaders. Through his entrepreneurial sales experience, client work, and research, Jake has built a proven framework that helps leaders improve their mindset, habits, and team development to create more influence as an impactful leader in their organization.

Dan found himself serving and consulting with thousands of leaders and organizations around the country and internationally, which led to the formation of Shows Coaching. Dan has invested in leading and encouraging high-level leaders and teams for over 25 years in large churches and for-profit organizations. He has also served as the VP of sales and marketing for a small medical firm. He and his wife, Lori share the same passion for developing people and healthy leadership. Together, Dan and Lori have over 50 years of sales, leadership experience, and insights to share with you and your team.
TARA RINEHART, PhD - Vice President of Industry Education Master Builders of Iowa - West Des Moines, IA
Over the last 2 decades, Tara Rinehart has been in the public education sector leading from the classroom, building, district and state levels. She graduated with her PhD and EdS from Indiana State University, her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Butler University and received her Bachelor of Arts in Special Education from Arizona State University. Dr. Rinehart’s innovative leadership creates momentum, engagement, and enthusiasm while being focused and intentional on being strategic with resources and decision making. She is a people-centered coach who uncovers the possibilities and potential in others so that they may reach goals.
