Massa Multimedia Architecture, PC (MMA) welcomes the opportunity to support ONVO as it continues to expand and evolve its convenience store and fuel station platform throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. ONVO’s focus on high-quality food offerings, clean and modern facilities, and a customer-first experience closely aligns with MMA’s long-standing expertise in convenience retail, food service, and fuel-oriented development.

MMA understands that today’s convenience store is no longer defined solely by fuel and packaged goods. Brands like ONVO are redefining the category by integrating fresh food, made-to-order programs, intuitive store layouts, and carefully planned sites that prioritize customer flow and operational efficiency.

Our design approach reflects this shift, emphasizing environments that support speed, clarity, and comfort while reinforcing brand identity at every touchpoint.

With nearly three decades of experience working with nationally and regionally recognized retailers, MMA has completed hundreds of projects across the United States, including convenience stores with adjacent multi-pump fuel centers, quick-service and fast-casual restaurants, and mixed-use retail developments. Our portfolio includes ACME Express convenience stores, Walmart and ACME fuel stations, and site planning for brands such as Wawa, QuickChek, and other regional operators, providing us with direct insight into the operational and regulatory challenges inherent to this market sector.

Headquartered in Neptune, New Jersey, with additional offices throughout the Southeast and satellite offices nationwide, MMA brings both regional knowledge and national reach. QSR & FAST CASUAL Since its inception in 1996, MMA has maintained a strong focus on quick-service and fast-casual restaurant design, experience that directly benefits ONVO’s increasingly food-forward convenience store model. We understand that food service within a convenience environment must balance speed, quality, visibility, and operational efficiency, all within a compact and highly trafficked footprint.

MMA’s QSR and fast-casual experience spans ground-up developments, remodels, expansions, tenant fit-outs, and prototype rollouts for both national brands and regional operators. Our work includes standalone pad sites as well as food service concepts integrated into shopping centers and mixed-use developments. This breadth of experience allows us to approach each ONVO location with flexibility, adapting the design to site constraints while maintaining consistent operational standards.

We recognize that ONVO’s food offerings are a key differentiator and traffic driver. Our design process emphasizes efficient kitchen layouts, clear customer circulation, intuitive ordering zones, and seamless transitions between food service, retail, and checkout areas.
