MassAFP offers a variety of cost-effective ways to increase your organization's visibility and attendee awareness. Conference Details Attendees at the MassAFP Annual Meeting & Spring Refresher include practicing physicians, residents and students from Massachusetts and the New England region who specialize in Family Medicine or are interested in primary care. Though years in practice will vary, as will practice profiles, this group represents
buying power and embodies the frontline of healthcare delivery in their respective communities.

General Guidelines and Information RATES AND CANCELLATION Sponsorships and exhibit fees include space for two representatives. Slots are non-transferable after March 9, 2018. The cost for additional representatives is $100 each. (Title sponsor is allowed four complimentary registrations.) Cancellations received in writing by January 26, 2018 receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after January 26, 2018. CONFIRMATION/EXHIBIT ASSIGNMENTS Contact Joshua Wimmer if you have not received a confirmation of the application form within 10 days of submitting. You will be notified of your exhibit space assignment no later than March 9, 2018. Assignment of space will be made based on sponsorship priority and on a first-paid basis for exhibitors. FAILURE TO OCCUPY SPACE The exhibitor will forfeit space not occupied by 7:00am on Friday, March 23, 2018. If you are having difficulty meeting this deadline, please contact Joshua Wimmer prior to 7:00am on March 23rd to discuss additional arrangements. Otherwise, exhibitor’s space may be resold, reassigned or used by conference management. SHIPPING AND RECEIVING OPTIONS Receiving - Boxes will be received and stored at the hotel for a fee. Pick-up for shipping - Exhibitors are responsible for going to hotel Concierge Desk to fill out a shipping form and pay for shipping arrangements at that time. Please note that this is an application process. You will be advised of your selection as a sponsor within 30 days of submission. Payment will not be processed until sponsor is notified. Payment in full will be required within 30 days. If payment is not received within the designated time period, the sponsorship opportunity and exhibit space may be awarded to another applicant. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF MEETING: In the event the Annual Meeting & Spring Refresher is postponed due to any occurrence not caused by the conduct of MassAFP or Taj Hotel, or that such occurrence be an act of God or the result of war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, sovereign conduct or any person(s) not party or privy to this contract, then the performance of such parties under this contract shall be excused for such period of time as is reasonably necessary after such occurrence to remedy the effects thereof, and in any event for the duration of such postponement. In the event that such occurrence results in cancellation of the conference, each party hereby releases the other from all obligations under this contract.
