unt extrem de fericit că avem acum o nouă societate afiliată din România la ISTT. Societatea Internațională pentru Tehnologia Trenchless (ISTT) este o companie caritabilă limitată prin garanție, înmatriculată în Regatul Unit la 8 septembrie 1986 și înregistrată ca organizație caritabilă la 1 octombrie 1986. ISTT cuprinde o serie de afiliați. Afiliații pot fi societăți naționale, regionale, asociate sau subregionale care au încheiat un acord de afiliere cu ISTT. Semnarea în original a Acordului de afiliere cu Trenchless Romania Club a avut loc pe 13 iunie, chiar înainte de conferința Trenchless Romania. Fiecare societate afiliată are dreptul să trimită unul sau doi reprezentanți la reuniunea Consiliului Internațional care se întrunește cel puțin o dată pe an. Consiliul Internațional cuprinde Consiliul de administrație al ISTT, inclusiv ofițerii ISTT, președintele societății și un reprezentant din fiecare societate afiliată. Ofițerii, împreună cu Consiliul de Administrație al ISTT, supraveghează activitățile de zi cu zi ale ISTT în numele Consiliului Internațional ISTT și al membrilor societății. În cadrul ISTT există comitetul consultativ al președintelui, un comitet permanent al Societății, format inițial din garanți existenți în 2019. Membrii grupului vor fi invitați de către președinte, foști președinți ai societății sau foști președinți ai societăților afiliate (membrii) care au furnizat Societății un serviciu excepțional. Membrii juriului vor fi numiți pentru un mandat de trei ani și pot servi pentru două mandate consecutive. Comitetul consultativ va fi condus de Președintele Societății pentru a consilia și a îndeplini sarcini delegate de către Președinte, inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la examinarea statutului, statutul și procedurile de funcționare, numirile seniorilor și chestiunile de politică sau de interes special. Membrii comisiei nu au privilegii de vot în Consiliul de Administrație. Urez bun venit Trenchless Romania Club în cadrul ISTT, și de acum vom avea un membru nou în consiliu din partea României. Astfel România se alătură efortului nostru de a promova tehnologiile trenchless.

am so happy that we have received an affiliated society from Romania to ISTT. The International Society for Trenchless Technology (ISTT) is a charitable Company Limited by Guarantee, incorporated in the United Kingdom on 8 September 1986 and registered as a charity on 1 October 1986. ISTT files an Annual Report and financial statements each year with Companies House and the Charity Commission. The Annual Report and other ISTT reports on file with Companies House and the Charity Commission are accessible for review by the public. ISTT comprises a range of Affiliates. Affiliates can be National, Regional, Associated or Sub-Regional societies that have entered into an Affiliation Agreement with ISTT. And we have signed the agreement with Trenchless Romania Club the 13th June just before the Trenchless Romania conference. Each Affiliated Society is entitled to send one or two representatives to the International Council meeting. The Council meets at least one a year. The International Council comprises the ISTT Board of Directors including the officers of the ISTT, the President of the Society, and one Representative from each Affiliated Society in good standing. The officers of ISTT are Chair of the International Council, two Vice-Chairs and Past Chair.

We have also the Chairman’s Advisory Panel which is a Standing Committee of the Society initially formed from the Guarantors (Trustees) extant in 2019. Panel members shall be invited by the Chairman, by the former Chairmen of the Society or former Chairmen of Affiliated Societies (the Members) who have provided the Society with exceptional service. Panel Members shall be appointed for a term of three years and may serve for two consecutive terms. The Advisory Panel shall be led by the President of the Society to advise and undertake tasks delegated by the Chairman including, but not limited to, scrutiny of the Articles of Association, the Bylaws and Operating Procedures, senior appointments and matters of policy or special interest. Members of the panel do not have voting privileges on the Board of Directors. A warm welcome to Trenchless Romania Club and now we will have a new member to the Council from Romania.
