Il tableware VIDIVI nasce nella vetreria austriaca del Gruppo Cerve dove tecnologie esclusive, impianti ad alta precisione, personale tecnico specializzato, materie prime selezionate rigorosamente lead free consentono di ottenere vetri di elevata purezza e trasformare in luce elementi primari come sabbia e fuoco. Le collezioni VIDIVI beneficiano di tutto il know-how del Gruppo Cerve, leader mondiale nel decoro su vetro con la sua capacità produttiva da un milione e duecentomila pezzi al giorno, tre stabilimenti con trenta forni di ricottura e disponibilità interna di tutte le tecniche di decorazione. Una competenza millenaria nel vetro: alla guida del Gruppo è il dott. Giovanni Bormioli, esponente di una storica famiglia di imprenditori vetrai, attiva nel settore da oltre mille anni e da sempre votata ad esportare bellezza e artigianalità italiana nelle corti di tutta Europa.
VIDIVI tableware was created in the Cerve Group’s Austrian glass factory, where exclusive technologies, high-precision equipment, specialized technical staff, and rigorously selected lead-free raw materials. Make it possible to create glass of high purity, and to transform primary elements such as sand and fire into light.
The VIDIVI collections benefit from all the know-how of the Cerve Group, world leader in glass decoration with its production capacity of one million two hundred thousand pieces per day. With three plants, thirty annealing furnaces and in-house availability of all decoration techniques.
A thousand years of expertise in glass: at the helm of the Group is Giovanni Bormioli, a member of a historic family of glassmakers. They have been active in the sector for over a thousand years and have always been dedicated to exporting Italian beauty and craftsmanship to courts throughout Europe.

Così è anche la produzione VIDIVI: nasce in una vetreria CO2 free che non rilascia emissioni in atmosfera grazie al forno elettrico, utilizza energie rinnovabili, non inquina acque o sottosuolo, planet friendly sia per prodotto, sia per processi. Con lo stesso senso di responsabilità si preoccupa di garantire alle proprie maestranze unambiente di lavoro salubre e piacevole, un trattamento che apprezza le competenze, considera valore la diversità, mette le persone al centro.
Totally recyclable to infinity, so is glass: eternal and a friend of the earth. This is also the way VIDIVI production is: it was born in a CO2 free glassworks that does not release emissions into the atmosphere thanks to the electric furnace. It uses renewable energies, it does not pollute water or subsoil, it is planet friendly both for the product and for the processes. The same sense of responsibility is concerned with guaranteeing its workers a healthy and pleasant working environment. We do this by embracing a treatment that values skills, considers diversity as a value and puts people at the center.

• Non si frantuma e non esplode in piccole porzioni in caso di rottura: il fondo tende a staccarsi dal corpo del bicchiere, limitando così la frammentazione in schegge, rischiose per l’ambiente circostante.
• It does not shatter into tiny pieces neither does it explode when broken, so does not represent a risk during use: in tests, the base breaks away from the rest of the glass, therefore limiting the dispersion of glass chips.

It’s the details that make the difference; the bar tender knows this and appreciates them. In the Luce and Prisma lines, the decoration is on the outer bottom of the glass. The internal ring nut allows for stackability and the smooth and transparent sides leave space for customization.

I nostri bicchieri sono stati testati fino a 3000 lavaggi industriali: brillantezza e trasparenza garantite per 10 anni, in una situazione di corretto mantenimento della lavastoviglie.
Our tumblers are tested to resist up to 3000 industrial dishwasher cycles: brilliance and transparency are guaranteed for 10 years, with correct maintenance.
Il nostro vetro resiste ad uno sbalzo termico di 70° C. Ciò significa che, quando il bicchiere è appena uscito dalla lavastoviglie e quindi ancora caldo, potete tranquillamente versarvi bevande riscaldate, ma attenzione con il ghiaccio: attendete qualche minuto, per evitare rotture.
Our glass resists a thermal shock of 70° C. Therefore, avoid using ice in tumblers immediately after removing from the dishwasher, wait a five minutes for them to cool. Alternatively, use with hot beverages presents no risks.

Ricordati che il vetro, per quanto resistente, si può rompere! Per tale ragione e per evitare quindi di trovarsi senza bicchieri o di dover utilizzare bicchieri non sicuri, scheggiati o altro, consigliamo di acquistare un 20/25% di bicchieri in più.

Serigrafia
Screen Printing
La serigrafia su vetro è una tecnologia di stampa diretta e avviene tramite un procedimento di passaggio del colore attraverso un telaio serigrafico.
Può avvenire tramite colori ceramici oppure organici: i primi, per aderire perennemente al vetro, passano nel forno di ricottura ad alte temperature (intorno ai 600°C) mentre secondi a temperature minori (150°C) a causa della diversa composizione. L’azienda Cerve è in grado di serigrafare su tutto il vetro cavo: flaconi di profumo, bottiglie, bicchieri, contenitori per cosmetici.Ideal for decorating with personalised logos in colour.
Screen printing on glass is a direct printing technology and takes place through a process of passing the color through a screen printing frame. La tendenza degli ultimi anni è quella di personalizzare il vetro applicando accessori in metallo, plastica, tessuto, pelle, materiali naturali. Cerve è stata tra le prime aziende a sviluppare tecnologie e adesivi che consentono di applicare accessori dei più svariati materiali all’oggetto in vetro mediante incollaggio tecnico o aggraffatura meccanica.
The trend of recent years is to personalize the glass by applying accessories in metal, plastic, fabric, leather, natural materials. Cerve was among the first companies to develop technologies and adhesives that make it possible to apply accessories of the most varied materials to the glass item using technical gluing or mechanical seaming.
This exclusive Cerve technology allows you to decorate even the bottom of glasses, goblets and other flat shapes. The number of colours is unlimited and allows you to create four-colour images, both with opaque and transparent colours. Even for these products, the company guarantees resistance to washing in the dishwasher.

Stampa a caldo
Hot stamping
Laddove un metallo prezioso non è richiesto o non può essere utilizzato, possiamo ottenere un effetto molto simile adottando la tecnologia della stampa a caldo su vetro. Questa tecnologia comporta l’applicazione di un primer sul quale viene trasferita a caldo una lamina molto sottile. Sono disponibili diverse tonalità di oro e argento, oltre a colori speciali. Con questa tecnologia, siamo anche in grado di ottenere una decorazione in rilievo su vetro.
Where a precious metal is not required or cannot be used, we can achieve a very similar effect by adopting hot stamping technology on glass. This technology involves the application of a primer over which a very thin foil is heat transferred. Different shades of gold and silver are available, as well as special colours. With this technology, we are also able to obtain relief decoration on glass.
Quadrocromia

È una tecnica di stampa molto comune su vari materiali. La quadricromia (CMYK) su vetro è estremamente difficile da ottenere. Con le macchine ei materiali Cerve possiamo realizzare serigrafie in quadricromia, in grado di riprodurre immagini ad alta definizione ed effetto tridimensionale.

Incisione laser
Laser engraving
Durante la procedura di incisione laser del vetro, la superficie del vetro viene fusa e trasformata in vapore dal calore prodotto dal raggio laser.
Si tratta, quindi, di “asportazione di materiale” e la cavità prodotta dall’incisione sulla superficie del pezzo crea un decoro resistente a qualsiasi tipo di lavaggio, sia a mano che in lavastoviglie. Il risultato ha un effetto molto fine ed elegante, di colore bianco satinato. L’incisione laser su vetro è un metodo di lavorazione estremamente versatile, applicabile anche a superfici difficilmente decorabili con altre tecnologie.
During the glass laser engraving procedure, the glass surface is melted and transformed into vapour by the heat caused by the laser beam. It is, therefore “removal of material” and the cavity produced by the engraving on the surface of the piece creates a decoration resistant to any type of washing, both by hand and in the dishwasher. The result has a very fine and elegant effect, in satin white colour.
Laser engraving on glass is an extremely versatile processing method, also applicable to surfaces that would be difficult to decorate with other technologies.
OKJ Digitale Digital OKJ
Questa esclusiva tecnologia Cerve permette di decorare anche il fondo di bicchieri, calici e altre forme piatte. Il numero di colori è illimitato e consente di creare immagini a quattro colori, sia con colori opachi che trasparenti. Anche per questi prodotti l’azienda garantisce resistenza al lavaggio in lavastoviglie.
The opaque on glass is a satin effect that is obtained with the use of acid baths with a composition that changes the surface of the glass. Always attentive to nature, we have developed new materials and modern technologies to reduce the environmental impact to zero. Sabbiatura
Sandblasting
Con la sabbiatura del vetro si ottiene un’abrasione meccanica della superficie del vetro e si ottiene una texture simile alla satinatura ma si dà più materiale. È possibile applicare maschere per ottenere una parziale sabbiatura.
With sandblasting on glass, a mechanical abrasion of the glass surface is achieved and a texture similar to the satin finish but more material is given. It is possible to apply masks to achieve partial sandblasting.
Verniciatura e Pennellatura Coating
Nei propri impianti di verniciatura e pennellatura, Cerve utilizza esclusivamente vernici all’acqua, rispettose dell’ambiente. Siamo in grado di produrre molteplici effetti al fine di soddisfare le esigenze di personalizzazione del cliente (lucido, opaco, metallizzato, ecc.), applicabili come vernici totali o riservate. Le vernici Cerve resistono ai più severi test di tenuta chimica e meccanica dei nostri clienti utilizzando tecnologie e materiali nel pieno rispetto dell’ambiente.
In its coating plant, Cerve uses only water-based paints, respectful of the environment. We are able to produce multiple effects in order to satisfy the customer’s customization needs (glossy, matte, metallized, etc.), applicable as total or reserved coatings. We can carry out thermal or chemical treatments on our line to improve the tightness of the coating. In order to offer to our customers an ecological metallic effect, we have developed a very advanced glass coating called MIROLAC. This water-based paint allows you to obtain a metallized effect with very high reflectance close to traditional metallization, but with significant advantages in economic and environmental terms. Cerve paints withstand the most stringent chemical and mechanical tightness tests of our customers using technologies and materials in full respect of the environment.
