The interview with H.E. Dr. Jawad Al-Anani was truly remarkable, engaging, and enjoyable; I cherished every moment. During our conversation, I asked a variety of questions and gained many valuable insights. Through the global context of “Health and Well-being: Lifestyle Choices,” they reflected on how mathematics can be used to adapt recipes without affecting taste or quality, while promoting balanced nutrition and healthy living. The activity was engaging, meaningful, and full of cultural exchange. It was also directly related to Math, as students simplified recipes by dividing the original quantities by 2 and practiced how to divide fractions in real-life contexts.
