Completeouragentapplicationformandprovideaminimumof2 referencesfromschoolsthathaveplacedastudentofyoursinthelast 18months.IfyouhaveBBSN(BritishBoardingSchoolNetwork) trustedagentstatus,acopyofyouraccreditationcertificatewill sufficeinplaceofreferees.

Commission
Marymountwillpaycommissiononstudentplacementsasdetailedin ourStudentRecruitment/EducationalAgentpolicy,whichwillbe provideduponapplication.
AgentPortal
Onceanagreementisinplace,youwillbeabletosetupanagent accountonouronlineportal.FromyourAgentDashboardyouwill beabletostartnewapplications,manageexistingapplicationsand receivecopiesofmessagesandnotificationsaboutyourregistered students.

WorkingwithusasaPartnerAgent
AsaPartnerAgentyouprovideavitallinkbetweenMarymountand thefamily,andweexpectyoutoworkpro-activelywithbothpartiesto facilitateasmoothjourneythroughthecandidateapplicationprocess andsubsequenttransitionintotheSchool.
Thismayinclude:
Gaininganin-depthunderstandingofourSchoolandtheacademic programmesthatweofferandensuringthatthefamilyare conversantwiththeacademicrequirementsandrigouroftheIB programmes.
Accompanyingthefamilyduringonlinecallsorcampusvisitsto providetranslation,whereEnglishisnotthefirstlanguageofthe parents.
Assistingthefamilywithcompletionoftheonlineapplicationform, andensuringthatallsupportingdocumentationandinformation (schoolreports,SENhistory,pastoralinformation)isprovided. Ensuringthatthefamilyisfullyawareofallthecostsassociated withtheirapplicationincludingschoolsfees,visacosts,health surchargeandguardianshipfees(whereapplicable).
AdvisingthefamilyregardingUKimmigrationrequirementsand ensuringthattheyknowhowtoobtainaSharecodetoprovetheir immigrationstatus,oncetheappropriatevisahasbeensecured. Assistingthefamilytofindanappropriateeducationalguardian,if required.
TheChildStudentVisaProcess
AsaUKVISponsorforChildStudentVisas,MarymountInternational issubjecttostringentUKVIregulationsrelatingtothesponsorshipof non-Britishpassportholdersandongoingimmigrationcompliancefor thedurationoftheirtimeattheSchool.
ToensurethatallinternationalapplicationstotheSchoolmeetthese requirementsandtogiveyouandthecandidate’sfamilypeaceofmind thattheirvisaapplicationswillcomplywithUKVIrequirementsand theirvisawillbegranted,wehaveengagedSableInternationaltowork withusasourtrustedimmigrationpartnerforallChildStudentVisa applications.Sablehasbeenprovidingimmigrationservicesformore than30yearsandisregulatedbytheOfficeoftheImmigrationServices Commissioner.FurtherinformationaboutSableInternationalmaybe foundhere:https://www.sableinternational.com/education
It is a requirement of entry to Marymount that all Child Student Visa applications are administered by Sable International on behalf of the School.
FollowingtheacceptanceofaplaceatMarymount,wewillputyouand thecandidate’sfamilyintouchwithaSableInternationalvisa consultant,whowillguideyouthroughtheapplicationprocessforthe visa.Theywillcheckthatallthecorrectsupportingdocumentationhas beenprovided,beforeissuingtheCAS(ConfirmationofAcceptanceof Studies)onourbehalf,andwillassistthefamilywithpreparationof theirvisaapplication.
Aoneoffadministrationfeewillbechargedtocoverthecostofthevisa applicationpreparationandongoingcomplianceforthedurationofthe candidate’svisa.Thiswillbeaddedtotheirfirstterm’sfeeaccount.
