The number of closed sales in the 12 months ending May 31, 2022 for the Naples and Bonita Springs Area decreased 18% year-over-year (8,769 vs 10,664).

There were 128 closed sales priced above two million in May 2022 compared to 119 in May 2021, a 8% increase.

During the 12 months ending May 31, 2022, sales in this category decreased 11% over the same time period in 2021 (874 vs 977 units).
