Tourism is one of the proceeding industries in the world and developing this industry in countries which are seeking sustainable growth is really important. Income distribution, job creation, trade and transport developments are related to this industry.

Creation a good and suitable system for tourism industry in order to achieve tourism development is essential and substantial. From social point of view, this industry leads to human recognition of life posture, national belief, confidence and unity. Tehran with natural capacity, cultural and geographical features has a significant potency for developing its tourism industry

Nowadays tourism has become truly the most profitable industry among all others and there is a massive co test between countries for observing more tourists from all over the world. Tehran regarding its importance as a capital of Iran is chosen for design of this hotel.

This design completion processing carries out with study in context of obligation enhancement of sustainable tourism in Tehran. This study tries to improve the quality of hotels and design a sustainable hotel in which there would be a good relation between area, concept, demands and user imagination.

In this study, in order to achieve this important goal, assume that there is a correlation between idealistic qualities for users with their requests and social, cultural and economical systems and also geographical features.

In the first place, different opinion related to relation of users demands and quality of area are studied. In the second place, hotels features and aspects related to this are recognized and finally methods for sustainable hotel design are introduced.
