‘Change and Continuity’
The project is located in rural Connemara, west of Ireland. The project aims to work with an existing non-listed abandoned British Coast Guard building. The main aim of the proposal is to focus on cultural reproduction and knowledge exchange spaces, providing a Currach boat making workshop space which not only encourages locals and younger generations to embrace this traditional craft, but also proposes a new sustainable way to harvest seaweed and other types of sea products.

‘Artists in the City’
The aim of this project is to investigate the importance of the presence of artists in East London and what they offer for the community and also gaining a better understanding of how crucial it is for them to be in a city like London. Year after year, these artist communities are becoming increasingly under the threat of displacement by urban replacement and the increasing gentrification of areas in East London, which makes it a big challenge for these artists to find studio spaces that are affordable and also fits their needs to pursue their career. to gain a better perspective on this issue, 5 Space Studios buildings in Hackney will be visited to survey and analyse and also to engage with artists and interview them to help understand the issue.

Site Introduction
The triangle building is one of Space studios’ most popular sites, it has been run by Space Studios to provide studio spaces for artists since 2001. The Final Proposal consists of three new structures built under existing roof structure: which include a workshop space, dedicated photography spaces and meeting rooms, while also focusing on providing artists with communal spaces, which are the main spaces the artists think were missing from the site to help benefit the artists and allow them to leave a positive impact on surrounding communities

Broadgate Competition
The concept of the proposed arcade is made by using an arched theme throughout the walkway. The repetitive shapes of the arches create a guiding path for the visitors while also providing built-in seating areas for visitors
