Rota Centron Hustisia was completed in 2005, ensuring residents of the island efficient access to justice. It is located in Sinapalo and houses the Superior Court, the Office of Adult Probation, the Office of the Attorney General, the Office of the Public Defender, and the Department of Public Safety. Superior Court hearings are held on Rota twice per month. Below are some of the activities that occurred in 2021.

In June 2021, the Commonwealth Law Revision Commission conducted a presentation on basic legal research. On July 22, 2021 Centron Hustisia held the Office of Probation and Parole Proclamation Signing Ceremony to recognize July 18-24, 2021 as Pretrial, Probation and Parole (PPPS) week. On August 26, 2021 a 40-foot container filled with files and shelves were offloaded at the Rota courthouse for employees to scan and audit as the CNMI Judiciary begins to advance from hard copies to digital technologies.

Rota Centron Hustisia receives two dockets per month that consist of different case types. Associate Judge Wesley Bogdan handles civil, small claims and family court cases which occur every first Friday of the month. Presiding Judge Roberto Naraja handles criminal, traffic and juvenile cases every fourth Friday of the month. Associate Judge Joseph Camacho handles probate cases every Thursday. Rota Centron Hustisia is equipped with air purifiers and UV sanitizing equipment in the courtroom and lobby. Pictured on the bottom left is the hygeaire while the bottom right is the stand up unit used at the Centron Hustisia. The standard supplies of hand sanitizers and masks are made available to court patrons.
