Tina Ngo earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining the CNMI Judiciary, Tina worked as a litigation associate in the San Francisco offices of Alston & Bird LLP and Baker Botts LLP, where she focused on a broad range of civil litigation matters including antitrust and intellectual property. Prior to that, she worked as a judicial extern for the United States District Court, Northern District of California. Tina served as the Vice President of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California in 2021 and 2020. In 2018, she was named ?Outstanding Volunteer? by the Bar Association of San Francisco for her commitment to pro bono work.

Law Clerk to JUDGE KENNETH L. GOVENDO

Rellani Ogumoro has been Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo?s law clerk since October 2020. Ms. Ogumoro is a Saipan native and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Anthropology/Sociology and minor in Gender Studies from Eastern Oregon University where she was named a 2011 Truman Scholar. Before law school, Ms. Ogumoro worked at the U.S. Department of Interior and as a policy advisor under the Special Assistant to the President?Native American Affairs in the President Obama White House. Ms. Ogumoro then went to Arizona State University Sandra Day O?Connor College of Law for her Juris Doctor with a Certificate in the Indian Legal Program.

Branwen Francis is from Los Angeles, California. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia and her LL.M. from University of California- Los Angeles. She clerked for Associate Judge Camacho for one year, starting in February 2021. Branwen is very proud to be a graduate of Cohort 3 of 500 Sails? Lalåyak program and a part of 500 Sails' Famalao'an Lalaåyak program.

Robert Mang grew up both in Washington D.C. and Maryland. He went to the University of Maryland, College Park for undergrad and George Washington University Law School for his Juris Doctor. Robert clerked for Presiding Judge Naraja from October 2020 to October 2021. He has ran four marathons, photographed 130 weddings, and does not like mashed potatoes.
