In a bowl, put: rice, tuna, chorizo, a beaten egg, bread crumbs and spices. Mix everything until you get a dough.


Put the dough into a pastry bag and mahe the shape of the croquettes in a tray.


Coat the croquettes: 1- Coat in bread crumbs. 2-Coat in beaten egg. 3-Coat in bread crumbs.


Fry the croquettes in hot oil (between 175ยบC y 780ยบC) . It is necessary that they be completely covered in oil.
