MARION COUNTY EXTENSION SERVICE OFFICE 1060 HWY 13 SOUTH COLUMBIA, MS 39429 This meeting will focus on services offered through Farm Service Agency-farm loans to purchase farms and equipment, Natural Resources Conservation Servicecost share assistance with fence and grasses, Rural Development-housing loans and grants. Additionally, the Winston County Self Help Cooperative will discuss services offered through these community-based organizations.
