Over the past years ECO product line has gone through important changes. We intensified the efficiency with a new production technology called PELLET TUNING, which was exceptional step in this price-range. Thanks to this innovation fish spend much more time in the place of feeding so we could improve our chances to catch them.

Method Box

One of the most successful groundbaits for carp, the Method Box is made with premium quality halibut pellets and boasts a very strong aroma. Tried and tested for years, it will not let you down in the worst of conditions even when other baits give up. Each Method Box contains one decilitre of Maros Mix Extra Aktivator, which is a delicious aroma concentrate.

Due to its special ingredients, this activator will spread horizontally on the bottom while dissolving. Carp are mainly bottom feeding fish and the activator will help them find the groundbait itself.

Feeder rods

Actually EA Trinity feeder rods are a bit revised and sensibly renewed version of Tubertini feeder lines, that improved by Erdei Attila’s professional experiences. At first sight, maybe you will notice the divided EVA handle. For more comfortable holding, the division of handle got higher for reel seat, and last but not least it was also a main point during developement that the material of EVA can be lightly kept clean. The 2+1 sections stayed the same, so the rods can do well during more difficult fighting as well. The extremely thin body, that absorbs the power of fish, helps much the anglers during each fightings.

Feeder rods

The shortest 2,7 and 3-meter versions are best suited for casts between 10 and 25 meters. In addition to margin and canal fishing, they can also be great companions for boat fishing. Use these beauties with a fine feeder rig and a long hooklength.

I believe the top-pick amongst ambitious match anglers will be the 3,30-meter light version. Its main targets are whitefish and it’s a perfect choice for winter carping as well. During its one-season test period, this rod has helped me to section wins at the Hungarian Championship in Szeged and at the World Championship in Italy.

The 3,60-meter medium rod is suitable for casts up to 50 meters and can also be used with light method rigs.

Our product development resulted in having rings of the right sizes and in the right positions, making this a very handy rod.

Even the quiver tips have been further developed. There is one additional ring on the tips and this yields a more consistent power distribution and bend. Furthermore, the tips have different potentials (0,75; 1 and 1,5 oz) but identical lengths. This is a great advantage when transporting your rod as there is no tip reaching beyond the lower rod section.

Over the past years Maros-Mix extended their product range with EA Record Groundbaits.

These groundbaits are based on the Hungarian master angler – Erdei Attila’s secret recipe and all of them have a pretty big effect on carps, breams and crucian carps all the year round. EA Record mixture has helped a lot Attila to achieve much of his succes during each competitions. The main attribute of this series, next to the exceptional production technology, is easy-mixing.

EA Record Special black The newest member of EA Record Groundbaits. It’s characterised by extremely komplex and prime contents. The large and active area (caused by fine grains), the dark color, intensive effect of taste and aroma make this mix pretty efficient. This grounbaits will probably become the base mixture of not only feeder but fine and float fishing as well.

GREEN Green colored version of MASTER, which is perfect for carp fishing on intensively fished waters all year round. Thanks to its green color, it is very close to the tone of the natural lakes with vegetation. GREEN is the most universal part of the serie, anywhere and anytime could be used.

SERIE WALTER METHOD CRUSH GROUNDBAITS Owing to his World and European titles Tamas Walter is one of the best-known anglers in Hungary and the International match fishing World. After 20 years of experience and knowledge he has developed his own Serie Walter range of groundbaits.

Using the finest quality ingredients this METHOD CRUSH series of groundbaits are the perfect solution for every carp fishing situation, whether it be for a weekend pleasure session or the World Championships. Made by a special pellet crushing process, these homogen-structured, high protein content fishmeal groundbaits are perfect to use all year round.

The original colors and smells of fishmeal and fish-oil are the main features of MASTER. This natural mix is available in green color called GREEN, and the almost fully black DARK. Together with the reddish KRILL and the bigger grained MONSTER-G these 5 groundbaits are covering all varieties of fishmeal. As METHOD CRUSH serie containes mainly crushed pellet, its stickness and opening time gives a perfect performance.

DARK Pretty dark colored – when it’s wet, it’s almost black. As a dark version of the MASTER mix, this is the gorundbait of the cold waters of autumn and winter or the early spring. Its fishmeal and fish-oil content is the same as MASTER and GREEN, but its color is even darker so is less visible on the dark bottom. Both MASTER and GREEN could be darken with the help of METHOD CRUSH DARK, even for summer fishing on those slowly days.

KRILL KRILL is also a homogeneus grained, fishmeal based gorundbait, as former three, but instead of fish-oil, a big amount of special krill extract provides KRILL’s smooth color and overpowering smell. It could be perfectly used all year round. When wet, the groundbait is nearly red.

Owing to its colour this mixture could be a great groundbait using bright colored pop-ups and wafters on the hook.

MASTER This natural mix is the base of METHOD CRUSH product line. Only the top quality fishmeal and fish-oil give its smell and color without any added colouring or aroma. Actually it’s the starting point of the special pellet-crushed and homogeneus structured METHOD CRUSH groundbaits…

MONSTER-G Is definitely developed for catching the big ones. Besides MONSTER-G stimulating the fish to eat, it helps to keep them in the area as well.

Unlike the other 4 groundbaits of METHOD CRUSH serie, it’s inhomogeneus structure, contains 2mm black halibut pellets among other big ingredients. Its smell comes not only from the fishmeal and fish-oil, but also from a special aroma developed for this particular groundbait.

This is a quite wallet-friendly groundbait which produced by Tamás’ own recipe and is really value for money. It’s a typical granulous and tacky mix with excellent content.

In the last few years I’ve experienced during my method feeder fishing, that the most important feature of a good wafter pellet is it’s ideal size and the optimal lift. This means that the lift of pellet must perfectly balance the weight of the hook and its diameter must match to the size of the hook. Color and taste are coming on the list of priorities only after these. Anyway the choise of color and flavour depends on many-many things: - how clear is the water, - what time of the day, - temperature of the water, - colour and material of the bottom - qty of planktons living in the water - what kind and what size of fish is our target

The Stinky Giant

A bait developed specifically for selective carp and grass-carp fishing. Almost unbearable for the human nose, its odour is very attractive for large fish as they are accustomed to ripe/fermented seeds falling in the water during the summer season. This groundbait series can go through great improvements in 2019! As a result of our research and development, we can now put a dry version of these stinky baits on the market, which can be further enhanced with special carp and grass carp additives.

The main reason for using soils is that they are the perfect carrier for putting joker into the water, because it keeps it alive! Other advantages are that it adds weight, makes a cloud, creates noise, has no food value and can be structured in such a way as to break down at different speeds thereby releasing joker into the water over a long period. Actually bream fishing couldn’t be imagined without using any soil – especially loess.
