Shell & Remove Art Scholars During the Michaelmas term 2020, the Shell and Remove Art Scholars have worked on sketching from life including observational drawing and portraiture.

For their Art Scholars Rhythms project, the two classes showed the rhythms created on a page when practising observational drawings.

They have looked at the sketchbooks and working pages of Italian Renaissance artists such as Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, Fra Bartolommeo & Andrea del Sarto.

For this term's online exhibition they have created their own A3 and A4 working pages full of life, rhythm and movement.

Hundred & Upper School Art Scholars This beautiful selection of artwork based on the theme of Rhythms is a testament to the talent and resilience of the 20/21 Art Scholars. Each Thursday, we met in the Art School to discuss their ideas and explore artist. As we are unable to hold a physical exhibition this term, this online exhibition celebrates the Scholar's final pieces and innovative interpretation on a single theme.
