GO BUILD ALABAMA

Challenge: Since 2019, Markstein has proudly partnered with Go Build Alabama to help build and sustain our state’s commercial construction workforce. When the pandemic altered the workforce landscape, Markstein was quick to jump in to support our client with a revamped leads strategy and fresh creative assets.

Solution: Our “Custom Build Your Career” campaign, which speaks to four unique personas, was born from a deep dive into both employer challenges and the motivations of job seekers in a post-pandemic setting. Using bright, upbeat and graphic imagery, this campaign illustrates an empowered workforce and informs candidates about exciting ways they can shape their futures in the skilled trades.

Transportation

Our campaigns feature stories from real transportation professionals, informing new candidates about the exciting possibilities this industry offers.

NATIONAL TANK TRUCK CARRIERS

Challenge: A driver shortage, negative perceptions and a lack of awareness around tank trucking’s focus on safety and its critical role in our supply chain have created significant workforce challenges for the trucking industry.

Solution: Member organization National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) partnered with Markstein to develop a hybrid workforce development and brand awareness campaign, “See Yourself in a Tank Truck,” that drives traffic to a microsite, gotanktruck.com and includes video, digital, and print advertisements, a campaign toolkit for members and custom tank truck wraps.

Results: The campaign was highly successful during the six-month pilot, driving 170,327 new users to the site, generating over 19 million impressions and capturing 5,124 total leads.

FORESTRYWORKS OF ALABAMA

Challenge: ForestryWorks, a collaborative effort between the Forest Workforce Training Institute and partners within the forest industry, engaged Markstein to spread awareness about career opportunities and help create a sustainable pipeline of workers for future generations.

Solution: Markstein rebranded the initiative and developed a website and campaign to support expansion into states beyond Alabama. The campaign ties the many facets of the industry together, from career seekers to educators to employers.

Healthcare

We work with healthcare organizations and associations to create custom workforce solutions that build talent pipelines and position them as thought leaders.

ASSOCIATION OF CLINICAL RESEARCH PROFESSIONALS

Challenge: The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting clinical research professionals, engaged Markstein to help grow the industry’s talent pipeline.

Solution: Markstein developed the “Find Your Element” campaign to educate students and pique their interest in learning about careers in clinical research.

Result: The campaign launched in 10 different markets and drove nearly 200,000 visits to a website showing students how they could find their unique path with a clinical research career.
