Metro Brokers gives me an advantage when I service multiple clients at once. The Showing Requests Room on MetroNet is easy-to-use, quick and very user-friendly. I had a situation where I needed to be on the south side of town to remove a lockbox, but I also had showings up north and couldn’t make it in time. I popped into the Showing Requests Room and posted the opportunity. Within 2 minutes, I had 4 agents that were available! I like to use that as a selling point when in a buyer consultation as it sets me apart in this competitive market. I can’t say enough about what a GREAT tool this is!
