Treat yourself to a gourmet experience inspired by our master chef’s recipe “Fuži” Istrian Noodles with Truffles ingredients: “Fuži” Istrian noodles, truffles, butter, whipping cream, egg yolks, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper preparation: Cook the noodles in hot water. Drain the cooked noodles and rinse with warm water.

Add a spoonful of olive oil to the noodles and a bit of water used for cooking pasta.

Stir. Grate the truffles, sauté them in butter in a pan, add whipping cream, and wine if necessary. Season, add the egg yolk, and stir well. Pour the sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
