I’m experiencing change myself, and I just want to take a moment to say thank you. The support, kindness, and camaraderie from each of you have meant more than you know. It’s a reminder of how fortunate I am to be surrounded by people who genuinely care— not just coworkers, but true friends.

Select Settings Compose and Reply Under Email signature, paste your signature from the Builder Tool into the text box.
Select as your default signature for New Messages and Replies
Select Save
Outlook Desktop
Select File > Options > Mail > Signatures
Select the signature you want to edit, and then paste your signature from the Builder Tool in the Edit signature box
When you’re done, select Save > OK
