SANDRA KOBALD Happened in December 2010 when our biggest dream came true, and we opened the Hotel Rosengarten! Within seven years we had become a five-star hotel. Did we really believe we’d get this far? Not sure about that, but we spared no effort along the way.

SIMON TAXACHER Back in 2000, I returned to my parents’ hotel in Kirchberg and opened the Rosengarten restaurant. By the age of 33, I had been awarded a second Michelin star, and ours was the first, and only, restaurant to achieve this rating in Austria. A fantastic feeling!

MY VISION: SANDRA KOBALD To create extraordinary experiences. I hope to elicit unforgettable emotions.
