Is Sales Tax included?
All purchases are subject to GCT sales tax of 15%, added to your final invoice.
Where do you deliver?
To most areas in Kingston, St. Andrew and Portmore and Spanish Town. Speak to our Customer Service team regarding your specific needs.
How soon will my order be delivered?
Every gift and bouquet is personally hand-delivered by a member of our team and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee the specific time of delivery. Please advise when ordering of delivery restrictions.
Can I make changes to my order?
If the order has not been prepared, then it may be possible to change details to that order. Orders that are already prepared may not be changed or cancelled. Please call us 48 hours prior to delivery date should you have changes to your order. Once your order leaves the store we do not accept returns.
How will I know my order has been delivered?
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a text message or an email advising you that delivery was successful.
