MASON is the first building of a two-phase project to open in the growing Yesler Terrace neighborhood of Seattle. The inspiration for the design came from a desire to bring together the cultures, stories, and traditions of people from all over the world. This was achieved through the melding of art, amenities, and programming.

AIYA is located in one of the fastest growing municipalities. Our vision was to create on oasis for residents complete with all the amenities they would need. At its modest size of just over 2500sf it needed to accommodate leasing, fitness, mail room, co-working, and an entertainment lounge. Between the main clubhouse and fitness there is also a resort like pool deck and hot tub.
