The real estate market in South Florida is sizzling! An increased interest in our communities from buyers from the Northeast, motivated by COVID and the ability to work remotely, coupled with tax advantages and low interest rates, all contribute to an increase in demand of our housing of all types. Higher interest rates may dampen the market in the future, but with a growing rate in Florida of 661
‘net’ new residents per day, we don't expect to see a decline in activity any time soon.
