- Designed a luxury apartment complex with 52 units, each offering panoramic city views.

- Incorporated a robust concrete core for structural stability.

- Prioritized sustainability by integrating rooftop solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, and highperformance thermal insulation for walls and windows.

Selected premium finishes and materials, relying on concrete, steel, and wood for both aesthetic and performance purposes..

05. PLAZA BUENAVENTURA

Brief description:

Responsibilities: Design and BIM coordination, local code compliance, rendering, client coordination

Area: 2000 sq ft

- The building was designed to accommodate an apartment complex on the upper levels as a future expansion.

- An interior courtyard was created to serve as a shared space for the commercial plaza's retail units.

- The design emphasizes natural materials such as terracotta bricks and exposed steel and concrete structure.
