Transverse Stringer System The stringer grid system is essentially the backbone of a Hurricane deck boat. The integrated stringer system works together to control the flex in the hull bottom and provide exceptional support.

Gelcoat/Resins Our resins and gelcoats are designed for toughness and performance. The resin protects against blistering and hull cracking, and increases impact resistance, resulting in improved durability. The enhanced longevity helps your boat retain its tough, lustrous finish. The vinylester barrier coat offers superior flex and strength characteristics to our Category 5 Hull. WIth proper maintenance, the gelcoat will keep your boat looking like new for many years.

Urethane Closed Cell Foam Every available cavity is filled with urethane foam floatation for added safety and convenience. The foam provides structural rigidity, hull stiffening, sound dampening, and reduction of vibration, and minimizes water absorption. All hulls are backed by a 10-year structual warranty.
