The theme of this non fiction book corresponds to the Little Backpack Fiction Series Level I An Adventure in Xi’an
两千两百多年前，一个叫嬴政的男孩当上了秦 国的皇帝。当时他只有十三岁。
嬴政长大后 带领军队 ， 打败 了周围的六个国
家，完成了统一中国的大业。
嬴政称自己为秦始皇，是中国历史上第一个皇 帝。
嬴政在活着的时候就开始修建陵墓，制作了大 量兵马俑作为陪葬。
两千多年过去了。在1974年，一个西安的农民 在打井的时候，发现了一个兵马俑的头。
这个农民吓坏了，他不知道他发现了第一个秦 朝兵马俑。这个发现被称为是二十世纪最伟大 的发现。
兵马俑是有颜色的，但是它们出土后不久，颜 色就不见了。
现在科学家已经知道怎么保护这些颜色了。
