农历二月初二，人们把这一天叫做“龙抬 头”，又叫做“春龙节”。传说，玉皇大 帝曾经下令三年内不许下雨。
青龙知道后，偷偷地下了一场雨。玉皇大
玉皇大帝还说：“只有金豆开花，青龙才 可以出来。”农历二月初二这天，人们在 家里晒黄豆。
一位老人说：“这不就是金豆吗？炒熟了 不就开花了吗？”大家都开始炒黄豆，还 把炒好的黄豆放在院子里。
玉皇大帝只好放了青龙，青龙又可以飞上 天去下雨了。为了纪念青龙，每年的农历 二月初二，人们都在家里炒黄豆。
所以人们把这一天叫做“龙抬头”或者 “春龙节”。明朝以后，玉米进入了中 国，人们开始用爆玉米花纪念青龙。
