ESPAI DE BUTXACA
for
the Valencian Chamber of Architects
Group project | Design studio III
Fall semester 2023
ETSA Valencia
Espai de butxaca emerges from the need of creating a mobile library for the Valencian Chamber of Architects (CTAV) to expose their publications so as their items on sale.
Inspired in the main entrance of the building, called Espai Guastavino, the same atmosphere is represented: to be guided by the system of metallic vertical profiles.
In that case a system of panels made by these metallic profiles of dimensions 3 x 8 cm is the responsible of drawing the circulations when the stand is set.
The flexibility of the proposal is the one that is going to help the merchandiser adapt to any space given for selling, as well as the simpleness of removing the shelves according to the quantity of objects that are desired to be exhibited.
To create a dialogue between the Espai Guastavino representing the CTAV and the customers a combination of black metal and wood is proposed, to feel that space as cozy.

BETWEEN WALLS AND CANVAS
Individual project | Design studio III
Fall semester 2023
ETSA Valencia
Located in the heart of Valencia, a proposal for a single-family house in a plot between party walls where work and family life have to cohabit becomes a challenge.
Having a painter, an event planner and their child as clients, the requirements become much bigger.
The project is solved with a modulated structure that follows the pattern a-b-a-b and allows us to solve the specifications.
Using the mass as habitable spaces in the module a, and the void as exhibition space in module b, the connection of profession and life starts to grow.

MIRADA EN LINEA
rural accomodation in a vineyard in Los Pedrones, Valencia
Individual project | Design studio II Spring semester 2023
ETSA Valencia
The perfect alliance between the rural site in the empty Spain and the desire to improve this condition.
In order to blow up this connnection, a rural accomodation has been designed in a vineyard. The idea of following the natural lines of the vines while providing the best views to this natural space, taking advantage of the slopes of the terraces, has perfectly merged giving life to this proposal.
Two linear modulated volumes (module = 7x10m) are designed with a distinctive feature on the use of balconied terraces.
The volume of the shared spaces would adopt a more compact form while the volume of the rooms would present a very marked sequence by the play with void-mass, as we can see in both of its longitudinal facades.
The design is based on the visual and spatial relationship between the volumes creating a sense of continuity and fluidity.

PUÇOL URBAN INTERVENTION
neighbourhood and linear park
Group project | Urban planning I Fall and spring semester 2021-22
ETSA Valencia
With a total of 34,263 m2 to intervene, the main goal fullfilled by this proposal is the connection of the eastern and western part of the city of Puçol, Valencia, which is currently divided by the train line.
By virtue of the linear park, which hints at the directions marked by the urban distribution of the old town, the neighbours have the benefit of reducing the noise of the trains passing by, as well as the inclusion of a huge green space for the town.
Moreover, eight buildings divided into two different residential blocks to house about 175 families whilst providing some commercial spaces, offices and equipments suitable for town use.
Both interventions achieve the starting points of interconnecting and bringing life to both parts of Puçol.

Architecture School of Valencia
Model making has not only been a tool for presentation but a reflection of my dedication and creativity in the field of architecture.
Each model has become a process that is constantly bridging the gap between imagination and reality. It is the means in which I can freely experiment while materializing my ideas.
So, personally, it has helped me a lot during the creative process of every single project and, surely, it has become an integral part of my architectural identity.
