Bringing together students and professors who were once divided by a high traffic street, this overpass was designed to inform the courtyard by way of social interaction. Through careful consideration of ground traffic and neighboring faรงade studies, this intervention flourished as an articulated, elevated bridge that not only traverses students from one building to another, but also allows for the street life to continue beneath. Programmatically, it provides a gallery along the bridge which is a spatial element aiming to incite discussion and lingering among the passersby.
