For this project the main focus was in designing a pedestrian district in which inhabitants could satisfy all of their needs; living, working and being entratained at a walking distance. A masterplan was defined and the main bulding was the Central Bus Station, this building holded a certain amount of parkings, commerce, and every aspcet corresponding to the transportation service. The biggest challenge of designing the building was to define the circulations of the people that were going to be using it, depending on where they were going and coming from.

The assignment was to design a school for 1500 students, student from pre-school to high school. What I liked most about doing this project was the way I adapted the program into the unevenness of the terrain, creating interesting transitional spaces . Also having to think about an educational method and the way it worked accordingly with the archi

For this project the main challenge was on how to deal with the terrain unevenness. Axes were created on the masterplan leading towards the best views and the most benefi cial climate conditions, the axes shaped the buildings. Building type C was the only one solved for the project and the concept was to play with the different altitudes of the spaces, dictated by the terrain in order to create the right amount of light and wind openings, and to build a much better relatiosnhip of inside-outside space.

For this project the main objective was to take advantage of the beautiful volcano views that the terrain offered meanwhile creating interesting spaces harnessing of the unevenness of the land. The house was designed separating the residential area, the working area and the support areas such as the kitchen, cleaning, and other service areas etc.

The biggest challenge in this project was the climate conditions, in Puerto Natales, at the very end of the south hemisphere. The houses were designed of 60 and 90 m2. A greenhouse was designed towards the north façade to capture heat in the bedrooms and common areas, leaving the kitchen and circulation area to the south.Materiality was a very important factor in this project.

The main purpose of this building was to create a bridge btween two streets in order to reanimate a part of the city. There was a lot of focus in the climate treatment of the facade for which solcar analysis and other simulations were made. The program of the building included commerce, restaurants, and apartaments at the top level.

This design excersise consisted of think ing about a use that a mobile structure could have around a city. I created a playground that parked in different parts of the city everyday allowing kids to play and use it whichever way they wanted to. The design was built from a tubular metal structure that allowed several activities to happen inside.

For this project I worked on the complete design of the office from the concept to the choice of furniture,an architecture firm was in charge of the construction but I supervised every detail throughout it, making sure the design was built as planned. It was my first official project that was actually built. And the biggest challenge was in making the firm in charge of the construction keep every detail as planned. It was an amazing experience to see the spaces I created come to life, and then being used by the people they were thought
