Reverdecer - Metro Station and City Store
Para el taller de titulación nos enfocamos en la creación de una tienda de ciudad, la remodelación del paisajismo y la estacion del metro del parque Berrío. Entendiendo el contexto, el concepto de reverdecer busca mitigar la contaminacion acustica, visual y la sensacion de estres presente en el lugar, entendiendo el edificio como enlace visual y continuidad de la vegetación entre el parque berrio y la plaza nutibara
For the degree workshop we focused on the creation of a city store, the remodeling of the landscaping and the Berrío Park subway station. Understanding the context, the concept of greening seeks to mitigate the acoustic and visual pollution and the feeling of stress present in the place, understanding the building as a visual link and continuity of vegetation between Berrio Park and Nutibara Square.

The green area is extended to the roof, formally unifying the public space between the first and last levels.
El edificio toma el escalonamiento como estrategia volumétrica para permitir la correcta iluminación de la vegetación en los distintos niveles, integrando la circulación y las zonas habitables alrededor de la misma por medio de patios, jardines verticales y en altura, siendo estos últimos los más jerárquicos en términos visuales.
The building takes staggering as a volumetric strategy to allow the correct illumination of the vegetation on the different levels, integrating circulation and living areas around it through courtyards, vertical gardens and gardens in height, the latter being the most hierarchical in visual terms.

El proyecto está localizado en San Rafael, Antioquia y se centra en la idea del claroscuro, entendiendo las viviendas como vacios que permiten la luz, y el denso bosque humedo tropical como penumbra que regula el clima.
Cuenta con dos tipologias de vivienda y un equipamiento dedicado a la meliponicultura, fuente de economia local.
La materialidad y el sistema estructural se concibe gracias a la guadua, con un conjunto de columnas en diagonal que soportan la cubierta y los espacios flexibles al interior.
The project is located in San Rafael, Antioquia and focuses on the idea of chiaroscuro, understanding the houses as voids that allow light, and the dense tropical rainforest as a penumbra that regulates the climate.
It has two housing typologies and a equipment for meliponiculture, a source of local economy.
The materiality and structural system is conceived thanks to the guadua, with a set of diagonal columns that support the roof and the flexible spaces inside.
