IT’S NOT JUST ANY LAMP…
SKRYTA develops handmade lamps that are both environmentally and socially sustainable. Material that has been thrown away, in the hands of someone who is far from the labor market and whose work ends up in a conscious design interior.
A journey that creates many new unexpected values for the environment, the individual and the society.
OUR STORY
It started with a vision to encourage a slower way in our busy world. Enabling the possibility to think twice and find alternative solutions. To highlight sustainability from a human perspective along with the environmental aspect.
Our lamps are manufactured in collaboration with Göteborgs Kyrkliga Stadsmission. Here we have a craftsmanlike production that contributes to create peace and quiet in which to work and room for reflection.
The lamps are signed by the person who made it, creating pride of work but also the invigorating feeling of being part of something. Trace the full story of each lamp on out website with its ID number, from waste material, production and the final interior.
