This milestone attests to the hard work and perseverance you have exemplified as you embark on another journey leading you to the realization of your aspirations of a better life and a better future.
I join your families and academic communities in celebrating this achievement. We recognize their valuable role in your growth and development as wellrounded individuals — preparing you to face the demands of higher learning or navigate the complexity of life as successful professionals. I am with you in forging a path toward progress even as you continue to live by the tenets that have guided you in your academic training and inspired you to pursue excellence as young leaders.
May the knowledge and skills you have gained serve as your springboard for greater success and inspire you to become catalysts of transformative social growth within your respective communities
I hope you will realize the depth of your potential and the power that you now possess as young educated Filipinos — and use this not only to achieve your dreams and change your lives for the better, but also help our fellow Filipinos and our country.
As future leaders and builders of our nation, may you become persistent, determined, and committed to the fight for peace, security and stability, the ending of poverty, the campaign to give Filipino children access to basic education, the protection of the environment, the promotion of health and nutrition, and many other challenges that we are facing today.
Consistent with our vision in the MATATAG agenda, we will continue to promote programs and uphold reforms that will nurture resilient mindsets so that we can hone young Filipinos who have the capacity and resiliency to thrive in challenging ciRcumstances.
The grit and resilience of Filipino learners amid the difficulties of everyday life will continue to inspire us and empower us in building an education system that responds to the changes of our time.
Through an inclusive education that is forged by a positive learning environment, I am optimistic that we can continue to produce competent young citizens like you who will help steer our nation’s path to sustainable development.
Let this milestone remind us of the indispensable role of education in charting the course of our youth’s future and in harnessing their potential to become outstanding individuals.
This year’s graduates have done a great job of channeling their passions into endeavors that will enrich their pursuits and advance their respective vocations and professions. As you move into the next chapter of education and leave the halls of your alma mater, it is my hope that you will unceasingly work hard to become active stakeholders in our nation-building efforts. Together with our academic partners in all education levels, let us remain committed to promoting our youth’s strong sense of nationalism so they can be part of a productive and responsible citizenry that will help chart the path of our nation’s growth.

Let me extend my congratulations to all the Grade 6 completers and Grade 12 Senior High School learners for their graduation this 2022-2023 school year. By completing the requirements of your primar and secondary educations at the most trying times of our country and beloved city, we celebrate not only your individual achievements but also the success of the K to 12 program that played material role in molding your minds. Despite the initial challenges to the K to 12 Program, we could not deny the said program has been instrumental in providing you with full and comprehensive learning experiences. It has not only equipped you with broad knowledge but likewise granted you competencies and skills necessary for your personal and professional development.
The additional years have served as a vehicle to allow you to explore varied fields of knowledge. You were provided an opportunity to focus on your passion away from the dictate of others and aid you to make personal and informed judgments of your own future. In other words, you become the master of your own destiny in your travel to become productive citizens of our country.
I am happy to know that despite the need for you to adjust to longer years of schooling, new subjects and higher academic standards, you have emerged victorious proving that as young Manilenos, you are resilient, adoptive and thrive in a changing educational landscape.
As you receive your diplomas, always hold your head high. You earned it because you have successfully hurdled the challenge of K to 12 Program. Be grateful to your parents and honor them by continuing your pursuit of a higher education. And of course, give thanks to our Lord for with Him, all thins are possible.

This year’s theme: K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational Foundation signifies that all of your hard work, effort, and enthusiasm will be rewarded in the long run. I want to sincerely congratulate you on your accomplishments with great pleasure and appreciation. Your achievements, commitment, and perseverance have brought you to this momentous event. I want to take this opportunity to provide some words of wisdom and encouragement to you as you begin the next chapter of your lives. Take a moment to appreciate all of your hard work and effort in getting to this point. Your graduation demonstrates your strengths, resilience, and the countless hours of study you have put in to further your education. Be proud of your accomplishments. Education is a lifetime adventure that does not end with graduation. Continue to seek knowledge and growth in all facets of your life when you venture outside the walls of your schools. Stay curious, keep an open mind, and take advantage of every opportunity to broaden your horizons. Life is full of obstacles, and you will almost certainly face setbacks along the path. Accept these difficulties as chances for growth and learning. Failure should not be feared, but rather viewed as a steppingstone to achievement. You will achieve your objectives through your fortitude and resilience. Remember the value of honesty, empathy, and compassion as you navigate the world’s difficulties. Isang mainit na pagbati sa mga magsisipagtapos ng Paaralang Elementarya ng Bacood sa Panunurang Taong 2022 - 2023.
PAGTATAPOS 2023 ay isa sa pinakamahalagang araw sa bawat magulang at mag-aaral. Araw na pinapangarap upang makamit ang panibagong yugto ng buhay. Maging ang pandemya ay hindi naging hadlang upang maipagpatuloy natin ang pagtupad ng pangarap sa edukasyon.
Naging masalimuot man ang ating pinagdaanan sa loob ng panahon ng pandemya, patuloy nating naipaglaban ang ating hangarin na makapagpatuloy ng pag-aaral sa iba’t ibang uri ng pamamaraan.
Ang temang “GRADWEYT NG K TO 12: HINUBOG NG MATATAG NA EDUKASYON” ay lubos ninyong pinatunayan na tayong mga Pilipino ay talagang matatag sa pagsubok sa buhay. Marami man tayong naging agam agam sa pagbabalik sa paaralan sa pagpasok upang matuto, napawi ang lahat ng ito dahil sa ating adhikain na makapagtapos.
Sa pamunuan ng paaralan, maraming salamat sa patuloy na pagtataguyod sa mag mag-aaral na nangangarap ng magandang buhay sa pamamagitan ng edukasyon.
Sa ating mga guro, pasasalamat ang aking pagbati sa inyong walang kapantay na pagmamalasakit sa kabutihan at kapakanan ng bawat mag-aaral.
Sa mga mag-aaral, ang aking mainit na pagbati sa inyong pagtatapos. Sa inyong paglisan sa mababang paaralan, baunin ninyo ang mga karunungan, kasanayan, at kagandahang asal na inyong natutuhan tungo sa susunod na antas ng edukasyon. Sa inyong pagpapatuloy sa mataas na paaralan, laging tandaan na ang landas ng buhay na inyong tatahakin ay mapanghamon. Maraming balakid at suliranin ang mga haharapin bago kayo magtagumpay. Kaugnay nito, laging isapuso ang mga natutuhan sa mabababang paaralan na inyong sandata sa pagharap sa lahat ng hamon ng buhay. Walang pandaigdigang epidemya ang makahahadlang sa inyong pinapangarap na magtagumpay at abutin ang mga ninanais sa buhay.
Muli, ang aking taos-pusong pagbati sa inyong lahat , sa inyong mga guro at higit sa inyong mga magulang na patuloy na gumagabay tungo sa magandang kinabukasan.
