There’s an old saying: If you ’ re the smartest person in the room, you ’ re in the wrong room. This truth has never been more evident to me than in working alongside our conference committee members Their creativity, problem-solving skills, and sheer dedication leave me in constant awe Each one brings unique expertise whether in programming, logistics, hospitality, or communications and together they weave a conferenceexperiencethatisfargreaterthanthesumofitsparts.

Our articles, resources, and planning sessions have been filled with these cycles, each one improving the vision we hold for this event. I’m reminded daily that surrounding yourself with people smarter than yourself doesn’t diminish your value;itmultipliesyourimpact Whenyouworkwithindividualswhoseepossibilitiesyoucan’t,theypull youhigher, challengeyourthinking, andopendoorsyouneverknewexisted.
