Our client faced a serious charge of possessing child abuse material after a suspicious encounter. Due to lack of evidence proving knowledge, and inconsistencies in police procedure, the charge was withdrawn before the first court mention. Thorough preparation led to a swift resolution.
Our client was charged with excessive speeding, but no radar evidence was used. He gave a no-comment interview, limiting police evidence. A plea deal was reached, reducing the charge and avoiding licence suspension—showing the value of legal advice in such cases.
