Marburn’s Summer School program supports academic skills, helps students discover strengths, build confidence and perseverance and prepare for the next school year. Delivered by Marburn-trained teachers in an environment that celebrates students who learn differently, all instruction is provided in small groups with faculty using evidencebased practices to reinforce and promote retention of information.
Marburn’s Summer School is for students entering 1st through 6th grade in the 2026 – 2027 school year.
The program supports elementary-aged learners across the academic areas of reading, writing, comprehension, and mathematics. Students engage with faculty in small groups to reinforce, practice, and explore essential academic skills in an environment that celebrates learning differences.
Students who learn differently due to dyslexia or ADHD with average or aboveaverage intelligence will benefit from this program. A diagnosis is not required.
Each day includes:
• Reading Instruction:
• Phonemic Awareness: Small group instruction for students entering 1st or 2nd grade
• Orton-Gillingham: One-on-one instruction for students entering 3rd through 6th grade
• Language Lab: Instruction focuses on reinforcing reading comprehension and written expression skills, learning to organize ideas, pulling-out critical elements of a text, and expressing ideas in writing
• Mathematics: Instruction provides grade-level reinforcement of critical concepts, conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and application of skills with needed scaffolds and supports
Days and Dates: Monday – Friday, June 22rd – July 17th

Time: 8:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Tuition: $2,500*
*$350 deposit is due upon acceptance and will be applied to the overall tuition.

New in 2026: Algebra Readiness Boot Camp
The primary purpose of this boot camp is to provide a focused, targeted reinforcement of concepts in order for students to prepare for the transition into Algebra. By sharpening their pre-algebra skills (solving equations, graphing, exponents, etc.) in a supportive environment, students will build the confidence necessary to succeed in higher-level mathematics.
What to Expect - Algebra Readiness Boot Camp
Marburn’s Algebra Readiness Bootcamp is for students starting Algebra I in the fall of 2026.
Program covers:
• Order of Operations
• Exponents and Properties
• Solving One-, Two-, and Multi-step Equations
• Graphing and Tables
• Application and Review

Boot Camp is a one-week long program. Choose from one of the session options.
Session 1: July 20th – July 24th, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. OR
Session 2: July 27th – July 31st, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Tuition: $500*
*$250 deposit is due upon acceptance and will be applied to the overall tuition.
