Marblegate is a one-of-a-kind waterfront venue owned by the Cobble Family. It is our desire to share this beautiful property with clients wanting an exquisite private setting complete with first-class service just 25 minutes from downtown Knoxville.
Enter at the marble pillars and enjoy a drive through our scenic pastures as Marblegate’s property gently unfolds to the breathtaking waterfront on Fort Loudon Lake.
Along with the beauty of Marblegate comes service. The Marblegate staff will ensure your conference, gala or get-together is beautiful and unique to you.

Marblegate Hall can host your guests in a beautifully designed structure complete with soaring stone fireplace, exposed beams, exquisite details, and patios overlooking the pond, meadows, and lake. Perhaps you imagine your guests nestled in the landscaped gardens surrounding the Farmhouse, or gathered in the shade of the Pecan Grove.
